Integrations connect Lexsis AI to your data sources, allowing you to automatically collect customer feedback from various channels. Once connected, Lexsis AI regularly syncs new feedback, processes it, and makes it available for analysis.

What are Integrations?

An integration is a connection to an external data source where customer feedback originates. Integrations enable Lexsis AI to:

  • Automatically fetch feedback from connected sources

  • Sync new data regularly without manual intervention

  • Process and analyze feedback as it arrives

  • Organize feedback by source for easy tracking

Instead of manually uploading feedback files, integrations keep your data up-to-date automatically.

Setting Up Integrations

Setting up integrations is straightforward. Each integration has its own setup process, but the general steps are:

  3. Provide the required configuration (app ID, credentials, etc.)

  4. Connect the integration

  5. Feedback will start syncing automatically
